_Duties and Responsibilities:_
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and define job requirement.
- Responsible in Job posting and advertising.
- Administer pre-employment assessment tests.
- Conduct background checking.
- Conduct employee orientation
- Ensure that new employees comply with all pre-employment requirements.
- 201 Filing and Record Keeping.
- **Can start immediately.**:
- Perform other task which may be assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
- Required Skills:_
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent documentation skills, and keen to details.
- Thorough understanding of general human resources policies and procedures, and labor laws is an advantage.
- Education and Experience:_
- Preferably Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology or Human Resources.
- At least two (2) years of working experience in Human Resources field is preferred for this position.
- Must have a work experience as a Recruiter.
- Willing to work on-site in Makati City, Philippines.
**Salary**: Rp2,200,000 - Rp3,000,000 per month
