1. Service Scheduling and Coordination: Developing and managing schedules for service delivery, ensuring timely and efficient deployment of resources (Forecast Planning Schedule Yearly, Monthly, Weekly)
2. Resource Allocation: Coordinate with Operation Supervisor for allocating technicians, equipment/tools, and other resources to meet service demands, ensuring optimal use of resources.
3. Service Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking the progress of service delivery, input technician time sheet (SOM), monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting on outcomes to ensure service quality and efficiency in monthly report, and monitoring 3W action follow-up related to services.
4. Stakeholder Communication: Acting as a point of contact between service teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and coordination of services.
5. Problem Resolution: Identifying and addressing any issues or delays in service delivery, working to quickly resolve problems while minimizing disruptions.
6. Compliance and Standards: Ensuring all service activities comply with regulatory standards, safety guidelines, and company policies.
7. Continuous Improvement: Analyzing service performance data to identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
8. Cost Management: Controlling service delivery costs, ensuring services are provided within budgetary constraints while maintaining high standards.
9. Order Management: regular communication with Service and Sales team related to parts demand, review stock level and setting (for VHS), execute orders and monitor, resolve late delivery issue and escalate if necessary. Responsible to follow up, monitor and ensure WIP, SIT and OOH outstanding in acceptable level.
**Requirements**:
**Educational Background**:
- Min. Vocational High School in Engineering is preferred, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree will be an advantage
**Experience**:
- Previous experience with Heavy equipment and mining will be advantageous
**Technical Knowledge & Skill**:
- Basic SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment & Quality)
- Understanding of Epiroc product knowledge align with his/her technical competence.
- Ability to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and English in oral and written.
- Basic knowledge computer program (Word, Excel and power point)
- Basic mechanical and maintenance management
