This function will be reporting to the Procurement Planning Manager who is based in Indonesia and will be based at Cileungsi, Indonesia.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Managing Trading materials with scope AU-TH-SG/MY

Review and release purchase requisitions into purchase order

Running backorder processing and confirm sales order

Monitor delivery pipeline and manage the communication with T&D team and maintain a high level of punctuality to our customers.

Review and take ownership on the Trading materials in provision

Review and take ownership on the physical and supply shortages

Review and take ownership on the on hand stock with low RSL and BBD extension

Review and take ownership on the uptake for the PTF materials

Review and take ownership on the Excess Inventory

Planning Parameter Review and Master data alignment

Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics or related field and equivalent minimum 3 years of experience in material planner
