- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold calls, and referrals.
- Actively participate in promoting venue packages, catering services, and event-related offerings.
- ** Client Relationship Management**
- Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Deliver personalized event solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Provide excellent after-sales service to build client loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- ** Event Planning Support**
- Collaborate with event planners, chefs, and service teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Offer creative input to clients for event concepts, menus, and layouts.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations during events.
- ** Marketing and Promotion**
- Assist in the creation and execution of promotional campaigns to attract social events.
- Leverage social media, partnerships, and other platforms to enhance visibility.
- Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- ** Revenue Management**
- Meet and exceed sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to potential clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to optimize pricing and offerings.
- ** Administrative and Reporting Duties**
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, bookings, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the F&B or events industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Creative thinking and the ability to propose innovative event solutions.
- Knowledge of local markets and customer preferences.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
