Job Title:Store Sales Manager
Rank: Manager
*Responsibilities*:
1.Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
2.Must do individual and team sales in online or offline.
3.Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
4.Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
5.Train, and oversee new staff.
6.Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
7.Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
8.Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
9.Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
10.Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
11. Monitor inventory levels and order new items.
Qualifications:
1. 1 years of relevant work experience in store, those with excellent performance can be relaxed appropriately;
2. College degree or above, can English or Mandarin is must;
3. Have good communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork, good ability to display, introduce and sell products;
4. Skilled in using office software such as OFFICE;
5. Strong adaptability and pressure resistance.
