About the Job

We are looking to hire a Business Development Manager who will be part of the Commercial team. You will work closely with other departments such as Operations, Strategy, and Product on the commercial aspect of the business in your market segment. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter and can take full ownership of their role.

**Responsibilities**:
Be the primary point of contact for the customer, representing all our services and solutions, focusing on cross-border eCommerce logistics solutions.

Analyse market trends to explore potential markets and clients within the targeted segment. Knowing China market will be a plus point.

Conduct proactive sales calls, visits, and presentations to new clients and record everything in CRM as part of the job OKR.

Design, plan and present logistics solutions to meet clients’ requirements together with internal stakeholders and direct manager.

Coordinate and facilitate effective internal and external communications to drive business growth.

Partner with cross-functional teams on RFQ, pricing, and handover preparations

Participate in sales & marketing activities to promote awareness in the market and develop new business opportunities
Degree holder with a minimum of 3 years experience in the logistics industry. Related experience in the e-Commerce/technology industry is a plus.

Proven sales track record and knowledge of understanding the market.

Developing growth strategies and plans.

Ability to influence key decision-makers at all levels.

Fluency in both oral and written English.

Ability to convince and negotiate with stakeholders.

Strong interpersonal skills and networking capabilities.

Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail.
