Head of Therapy

A Wellness Company in Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Head of Therapy (Full time)

Responsibilities:

- Build and lead the therapy services offering, ensuring a diverse range of therapy options for members including but not limited to CBT, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness-based therapy and relationship/interpersonal therapy
- Collaborate with leadership to shape and implement the overall mental well-being strategy
- Design and deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, tailored to the specific needs of members
- Conduct in-person therapy sessions for members as well as addressing a range of mental health issues and promoting emotional well-being
- Help grow a team of diverse therapists as well as ensuring members can choose therapists that suit their individual preferences and needs
- Lead recruitment, onboarding and development efforts for new therapists as well as ensuring high standards of care and professional growth
- Partner with leadership on the development of a broader mental well-being strategy as well as integrating mental health practices across our wellness offerings
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest evidence-based therapeutic practices and ensure these are integrated into the services offered
- Work closely with other wellness departments (e.g., fitness, nutrition, mindfulness) to integrate mental health care into a comprehensive wellness experience
- Indonesian citizen
- Excellent in written and spoken English communication
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed Therapist with a diverse background in different therapeutic approaches (e.g., CBT, psychodynamic, mindfulness, interpersonal therapy, etc.)
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Counseling or in a related mental health field Licensed and accredited by a recognized regulatory body
- Proven experience delivering individual and group therapy sessions with strong interpersonal and therapeutic relationship-building skills
- Leadership experience in building and managing teams of therapists or mental health professionals
- Strong knowledge of mental health strategies and therapeutic best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
