**Deskripsi Pekerjaan**
- Akuisisi reseller baru pada kategori yang ditentukan untuk membangun komunitas baru pada masing-masing area yang dibutuhkan.
- Terlibat dengan komunitas reseller dengan fokus pada memberdayakan komunitas.
- Mengembangkan kemampuan koordinator reseller dalam mengembangkan komunitas mereka menjadi komunitas yang produktif.
- Bertindak sebagai perwakilan Evermos yang mendorong komunitas melalui inisiatif Komunitas Belajar Bisnis oleh Evermos untuk mencapai tujuannya (mendapatkan penghasilan maksimal melalui Evermos).
- Mengelola kalender acara, jangka waktu proyek, dan anggaran acara.

**Persyaratan**
- Gelar Sarjana di bidang yang relevan dari universitas ternama.
- Bersedia ditempatkan di lokasi yang dibutuhkan**:Jabodebek/Jabar (Bandung, Tasik, Garut)/Jateng (Semarang, Pekalongan, Solo)/Yogyakarta & Sleman/Banten/Jatim/Sumatera)**.
- Pengalaman kerja mínimal 2 tahun yang terbukti dalam manajemen komunitas dan penjualan langsung baik itu offline ke toko atau personal dan atau penjualan online.
- Keterampilan komunikasi yang baik dan berorientasi pada pelanggan.
- Jaringan yang luas, terutama di UMKM, kampus, PKK, dan komunitas lokal yang memiliki minat atau pengalaman kerja dalam produk **Beauty & Fashion / Home Living (Peralatan Rumah Tangga) / Herbal & Muslim / Emas**.
- Mampu bekerja di lapangan dan bersedia untuk bepergian ke fokus area penjualan.
- Kemampuan untuk mendapatkan dan mempertahankan reseller secara bersamaan.
- Kreatif dan gesit untuk mencapai target.
