Business Development Manager

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with minimum 3+ years’ experience in sales environment is a must (B2B/Corporate Sales).
- Professionally/Competitively driven.
- Experience in sales base-consultancy
- Fluent in Mandarin both verbal and written - necessary
- Knowledgeable about Telco & IT - advantage
- **Must have: connection or leads to FSI Industry**
**Job Description**:
- 1. Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Proactively identify potential clients through market research, networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- 2. Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads, close deals, and secure long-term partnerships with new clients.
- 3. Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- 4. Sales Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to create customized sales strategies that align with client requirements and company goals.
- 5. Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, prepare contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- 6. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- 7. Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- 8. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of new client acquisition strategies with broader company initiatives.
