Partner with the Sales team to identify and understand their hiring needs

Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top sales talent

Schedule interviews and manage the interview process

Assist in onboarding new hires

Maintain accurate recruitment records and metrics

Participate in research and analysis of recruitment trends

Support with mass hiring initiatives (if applicable)
We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Recruitment Intern to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a vital role in supporting our strategic talent acquisition efforts for our dynamic sales force.

**Requirements**:
Currently enrolled in a final year of a Bachelor's degree program in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field (fresh graduates are also welcome)

Strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices (familiarity with strategic sourcing a plus)

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational and time management skills

A detail-oriented and proactive approach

Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

**Bonus Points**:
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Knowledge of the sales industry

Experience with mass hiring initiatives
