**About the Team**
- Besides handling all functions related to Fazz's well-being, from accounting, recording keeping, cash flow, and administrative work, the Finance team is the key that will help Fazz effectively grow to continue reinventing financial access in Southeast Asia.

**What you'll do**:

- Prepare and manage daily and monthly financial reporting process.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial statement for operational analysis.
- Ensure accuracy in the compilation of source data and analysis and follow up to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
- Coordinates with Finance Operation Team and Product Operations Team for timely financial reporting.
- Assist in preparing monthly FS, support for improving workflow and process, and assist in drafting and implementing corporate policy. Other duties as assigned.
- Review the work of finance staff

**What we're looking for**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial reporting field
- Advance excels skill is essential and better to have knowledge of SAP and excel Macro.
- Meticulous with strong analytical skills, proactive, initiative and put high attention on detail.
- Well-versed in PSAK/IFRS and fast learner who is willing to learn new things.
- Effective oral and written communication skills. Able to work independently with minimum guidance.
- Reliability and Integrity.
- Preferred qualifications:

- Prior experience at FinTech start-up company
- Is fluent speaking and writing in English and Bahasa Indonesia
