A natural body care brand looking for Store Supervisor for shops located in Pecatu dan Ubud.

**Job Description**:

- Developing stores sales strategies to raise customers' pool, expand stores traffic and achieve sales targets.
- Ensuring that each shop is well-stocked by maintaining product inventory in each shop.
- Following up on sales enquiry from wholesaler, consignment shops and reseller.
- Creates a high-performance culture in store by setting clear expectations and targets, analyzing team performance, holding team members accountable and giving appropriate and prompt feedback, including actively managing poor performance.
- Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff.
- Optimize profitability by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Overseeing the daily operations of stores, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.
- Leading the team in maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Propose innovative ideas to increase store profitability by developing promotional material, business strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Developing weekly and monthly sales reports from different offline sales channels, including shops, wholesalers, consignment stores, and resellers.
- Having experience of a minimum 2 years in Supervisory or Managerial role. Experience as a store manager in retail industry or FMCG is highly preferred.
- Good communication in English.
- High energy, possess good customer service and drive in achieving sales target.
- Strong leadership, communication skills, and ability maintaining team.
- Have a creative knack and eyes for details.
- Experience in visual merchandising is a major plus.

Benefit: Salary + Commission based on sales target
