**Responsibilities**:
- Provide IMAC, break-fix, and end-user support.
- Support manufacturing shop-floor handhelds, laptops, and scanners.
- Execute data collection and preservation for migrations/eDiscovery.
- Deliver "Smart Hands and Feet" support for the Technology team on demand.
- Provide rack-and-stack support for infrastructure devices.
- Enable vendor access to site/communication rooms and data centers.
- Manage power shutdown maintenance, network devices, and servers.
- Oversee printer management and vendor coordination for print services.
- Ensure connectivity for LAN, Wi-Fi, video conferencing, and voice solutions.
- Troubleshoot IT devices and mobile support with advanced problem-solving skills.
- Manage IT asset lifecycle, including secure storage, imaging, and disposal.
- Support manufacturing/lab IT systems and specialized test equipment.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and OEMs on high-priority issues.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in deskside support.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MacOS & iOS, including imaging and deployment.
- Basic understanding of networking, telecom, and compute/storage.
- Knowledge of GMP/GxP and experience in cleanroom/manufacturing environments.
**Education**:
- Diploma or degree in IT.
- ITIL or relevant certifications are a plus.
