**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Have internship experience in IT Support, IT Help desk, Service Desk Agent, or IT related.
- Familiar with MAC OS and MAC devices (MacBook, iMac).
- Discipline, not only a timely manner but can follow SOPs.
- Good communication skill.
- Have knowledge with Customer Service skill.
- Fluent in English is a plus.
