Requirement:

- Higher education (preferably technical, economic, mathematical)
- Experience in procurement
- User of : MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook
- English language not lower than upper-intermediate level
- Willing to work with Turkey working hour (remote)

Job Desc:

- Identification, evaluation and analysis of new and/or alternative suppliers for the procurement of goods and/or services to maintain procurement at the level of current market conditions
- Control of suppliers and tracking of work for compliance with the agreed terms of the contract.
- Conducting tenders, carrying out price requests and analyzing the proposed prices, coordination with the initiating departments
- Negotiations to ensure the most favorable quality, cost, services, terms of payment and the ratio of terms of execution of orders for FM
- Preparation of contracts, interaction with all involved departments, ensuring compliance of obligations with all legal requirementsand requirements of FM Russia.
- Together with the departments involved, monitor compliance with agreed contractual terms in order to obtain quality and services at a satisfactory level.
- Development and preparation of regular reports and ensuring the correctness of the data provided in the report
- Procurement category - equipment and spare parts, consumables for production, services.
- Development and maintenance of documentation on the selection of the supplier and the process of its approval, on the tender and consideration of prices, the preparation for the audit. Maintenance and timely updating of the supplier database
