We are seeking a talented and experienced HR and Lega to join our team. As a HR and Legal, you will provide HR and legal advice and support on various HR and legal matters to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to doing recruitment, review contracts, handle legal disputes, and contribute to the overall legal strategy of the organization.
**Responsibilities**:
Doing a recruitment based on user requirements
Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of legal issues, including contracts, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, employment law, and litigation matters, and legal agreement with partner or customers.
Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, ensuring legal compliance and protecting the interests of the organization.
Conduct legal research and stay updated with changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization.
Assist in managing legal disputes, including negotiations, settlements, and litigation when necessary.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal compliance in business operations and decision-making processes.
Advise on intellectual property matters, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
Support the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
Provide training to employees on legal matters and promote legal awareness within the organization.
Coordinate and work with external legal counsel when required.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Management/Law
- Minimum 1 Year of experience in Human Resources/Recruitment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understand Employment & Health BPJS, and Job Creation Law, & GA
- Able to use English Proficiently (Written and Spoken)
- Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures
- Recommend strategies to motivate employees
- Efficient HR administration and people management skills
- Having experience using Microsoft Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
