**What we are looking for**
- A minimum Financial or Business Degree (Preferably in Actuarial Science)
- Minimum 8 years experience in actuarial, finance or distribution functions, with reasonable number of years in middle management role
- Adequate of verbal and written communication skill
- Good knowledge of the financial services sector and the insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of insurance and wealth management products
- Strong project management skills
- Strong risk management ability
- Excellent communications and engagement ability
- Strong people relations management Ability to lead, manage and develop teams
