IT Infrastructure

Responsible for the performances of various systems, and ensuring end-users Laptops/PC is running & monitored well
- Responsible for day-to-day system administration, including management of internal network, system backups, and rollout and support of desktop devices, including laptops and printers, and productivity tools
- Deploy and review various endpoint management tools in
- Installing and provisioning various infrastructure devices within the organization, including configuration, installation, and maintenance of network devices (Mikrotik Router, Switch HP, Access Point)
- Experience min. 3 Years ++ as IT Infrastructure
- Good analytical skills, gathering information to diagnose problems and provide resolution
- Good technical skills and keeping up to date with emerging technologies
- Excellent Knowledge of MS Office suite, Windows 10, Mobile Device troubleshooting
- Familiar with ITIL process - Incident, Problem & Change management (IPCM) (good to have)
- Experience with vendor collaboration to fix IT infra related issues (good to have)
- Good to have basic Knowledge on Network area - Network monitoring (LAN and WAN devices monitoring)
- Solving on network problems (good to have)
- Experience SQL Server and MySQL, VMware, Windows OS, Mac OSX & Hackintosh, Mikrotik Router (Network Security), Servers & PCs, LAN, Mikrotik Router, Access Point, Switch
- Willing to full WFO in Jakarta
