As the Senior Product Designer at Indepay | Setara Networks, you’ll play a critical role in revolutionizing the payment ecosystem in Indonesia. You’ll work with a talented team of engineers, business leaders, and designers to create a user experience that is fast, reliable, and secure.

We’re not just building a payment platform, we’re creating a movement that empowers people to transact without worrying about fees and security concerns. As a problem solver, you’ll be at the forefront of this movement, defining what a great user experience looks and feels like.

Your experience in designing and executing experiences for Indonesian customers will be invaluable as we create a culture of customer-centricity. We want to deliver a payment experience that goes beyond expectations and sets a new standard in the Indonesian market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to translate and better understand user and business needs to produce a high-quality design solution that drives great outcome and impact.
- Identify problems and make design decisions that are based on data, user-research and the cultural context of our customers.
- Formulate creative solutions to solve problems acquired from technical constraints, users' feedbacks, and research insights.
- Develop interactive prototypes, wireframes, and visual design elements to create intuitive and functional user experiences.
- Conduct user research to highlight latent user needs and wants.
- Conduct usability tests to make sure that our solutions solve our customers’ problems in an obvious and seamless way.
- Define, direct and maintain the overall visual design language of our entire software stack.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX Design.
- Possess and understand sthe fundamental principles of design and user research.
- Possesses a portfolio that showcases both a great taste in interaction design, and a solid understanding of interaction design principles for iOS, Android and Web.
- Possesses a portfolio that showcases ability to understand user and business nees in great depth and find a balance between the two.
- Demonstrated expertise in visual hierarchy, interaction design, layout, and information architecture.
- Have impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and can think outside the box to proactively provide the right solution.
