**Responsibilities**:
Conduct cost analysis for production, operations, and business processes to identify efficiencies and cost savings.
Develop and manage the company budget and perform cost forecasting.
Calculate and analyze product costs, including material, labor, and overhead expenses.
Perform variance analysis between actual costs and the budget, and provide recommendations for improvements
Monitor inventory costs and ensure efficient inventory management.
Prepare financial reports related to cost structure, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Develop and implement cost control measures to ensure proper budget usage.
Ensure accounting practices comply with applicable standards and regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
At least 5 years of work experience as a Cost Accounting Accountant in manufacturing and public accounting firms (KAP).
In-depth understanding of cost systems, inventory management, and cost accounting.
Ability to conduct thorough data analysis and provide relevant recommendations.
Good communication skills for collaborating with teams and management.
Accounting certification (such as CPA, CMA) is a plus.
