**Job Profile Overview**:
Looking for a skilled social media expert/ digital marketing copywriter. The person shall also be able to provide ideas for brand push, content marketing and paid marketing on social media.

**Major responsibilities**:

- Brainstorm campaigns for growth, brand marketing, and content with both internal and external teams like agencies
- Translates ideas across various social media posts, stories, campaigns, and regular content across various social media handles and on other digital media too
- Develop, manage and evolve company Business Solution's voice across major social media channels
- Create and manage brand contents across including copy of the content across all channels to ensure the brand with a consistent voice and engagements across the channels
- Prepare holistic social media marketing strategy to address business objectives
- Develop and execute special content projects
- Understand the social presence of the brand and constantly suggest ways to better position company Marketing Solutions to Indonesia market
- Set content plan creation processes and manage other partners in social content creation (copywriting & rewriting flow, design flow)
- Ability to translate the right set of design, creative requirement or visualize and clearly communicate the objective to the design team
- Plan and manage paid social media marketing
- Develop and provide analytical reports to draw actionable insights

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years experience in marketing at brand's side
- Can work independently, under tight deadlines, while juggling multiple projects
- Should be a social media channels junkie via platforms like Instagram, Tiktok etc
- Should understand local context, cultural nuance and well versed in Bahasa language
- Experience both for the agency and clients' sides is a big plus
- Upper-intermediate level of English
- Excellent copywriting skills in Bahasa language
- Excellent analytical skills and data driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and as a team across different departments and also work with agencies
- Should be able to help in translations/ trans
