**Job Description**:
As a CTO Coordinator you will be responsible for our Global CTO Organization. Do you always want to know what is going around in our organization? Do you love to work independently but are you also a real connector between senior management and employees? As a CTO Coordinator you are creative and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment that is results-driven and community oriented. You will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. You will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters:
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly (e.g. ensuring internet connectivity at office run well)
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Perform receptionist duties: arrange employee access, greet visitors and answer and direct phone calls
- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail (also arranging device deliveries for the employees)
- Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately
- Assist with office layout planning and office moves, managing and maintaining IT infrastructure (With help of IT)
- Manage office budget
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems
- Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meeting
- Support global teams in visiting the office or arranging needs with local providers enabling the contact between the global management team.
- You will be part of the Global Project Coordination Team (PCT) and if needed you can be a back up of the other team members of the PCT.
**Qualifications**:
- University degree or equivalent 2-4 years of experience on similar position;
- Proficient with MS Office products including, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Fluent English, in written and verbally
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail;
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members and external partners;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate information to various audiences
