As a **Junior Graphic Designer**, you will assist the design team in creating compelling visuals for a variety of projects, including marketing materials, social media content, websites, product packaging, and more. You will be expected to bring fresh ideas, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that all design work aligns with our brand identity and goals. This role is perfect for a designer looking to grow their skill set while contributing to impactful, real-world projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the design and production of digital and print marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, ads, banners, social media graphics, and web layouts.
- Collaborate with senior designers, marketing teams, and other departments to develop creative concepts and visual solutions.
- Ensure that all design outputs meet the brand guidelines and reflect the company’s visual identity.
- Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders and senior designers.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and software advancements to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Support the creation of mockups, presentations, and other visual materials as needed.
- Manage and organize design files and assets in an efficient and accessible manner.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with UX/UI design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch).
- Knowledge of printing processes and production.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to take direction and implement feedback in a constructive and timely manner.
- Basic knowledge of web design principles (experience with HTML/CSS is a plus but not required).
