**About the Role**

Vendor Management Team is a centralized function based in Jakarta. It handles Vendor Onboarding and Maintenance process throughout GoTo.

**What You Will Do**:

- Handling end to end process of Vendor Onboarding
- Handling end to end process for Vendor Maintenance
- Assisting and guiding vendors on how to complete the registration process
- Reviewing Information and Document related process
- Performing analysis throughout Vendor movement that includes Spend, Commodities and Compliances to ensure the eligibility of the Vendor aligning with the core business of the transaction
- Involving in projects related to Vendor Management Optimization Process
- Monitoring all requests and ensuring all in trackMaintaining relationship with stakeholders, both internal and external
- Performing vendor rationalization

**What You Will Need**:

- Min. Bachelor’s degree from any field of study
- At least 1-year experience in areas of analytics, reporting, and control
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both verbally and written
- Ability to provide a report in Excel, PowerPoint, and Chart
- Great analytical skills
- Ability in document controlling and has great attention to detail
