Today, We are seeking a **Nursery Admin**

**Requirement**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in administration or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with inventory management software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks

**Duties**:

- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure the nursery is adequately stocked.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and audits.
- Record and update inventory data in the system.
- Manage nursery records, files, and documentation.
- Handle scheduling and coordination of nursery activities and staff shifts.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, correspondence, and other documents.
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Help with the organization of nursery events and activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the nursery.
