**Role Purpose**:

- Oversees sales activities within assigned home pass areas, managing both door-to-door and sales partner channels. Focuses on achieving sales targets, including gross adds with good quality customers, and supports regional goals. Analyzes sales performance within the area to identify root causes of performance issues and develops and implements strategies to address these challenges. Ensures effective performance of team leaders and account executives, drives sales growth, and adapts strategies based on performance insights to improve overall results. Contributes to achieving net add goals through targeted actions and continuous performance evaluation.**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in sales or marketing are an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Related Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in managing sales teams and driving performance.
- Experience in analyzing sales data and developing strategies based on insights.

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Scope of Work**:

- Analyze market competitive landscape, trends and customer needs to inform sales tactics.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
- Supervise and support the sales team, including team leaders and account executives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics.
- Identify root causes of performance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients and partners.
- Oversee customer accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
- Document sales activities and maintain records in the CRM system.
- Maintain relationships with partners
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms.
