3. Build landing page needed for the Ads Campaign
4. Create ad copy & assets that are persuasive and effective
5. Conduct regular research and analysis of keywords, trends, and search engine algorithms to improve campaign performance
6. Optimize Google & Meta Ad campaigns with the latest advertising features and best practices to maximize ROI
7. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, presenting regular reports to senior management
8. Identify areas for potential improvement, making strategic recommendations to increase campaign effectiveness and reach
9. Conduct A/B testing to continually refine our campaigns and optimize conversion rates
10. Stay current on emerging trends and best practices for digital advertising

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital advertising especially in gambling industry.
3. Expert knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights
5. Experience using A/B testing to optimize campaigns
6. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
7. High degree of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
8. Passion for digital marketing and staying current on emerging trends and best practices in the industry
9. Demonstrated success in managing ad campaigns
