**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for Country Finance Lead to contribute actively to the development of the country’s financial systems & procedures and monitor their adherence at all levels. To be held accountable for the accuracy of the financial information and for keeping the financial system updated of the Indonesia Programme to contribute actively to the development of the country’s financial systems & procedures and monitor their adherence at all levels. **The Role**:
This role requires below qualifications
- _At least seven years experience in total, with a minimum of four years experience in a team lead role with INGO with a similar job profile_
- _Financial management qualifications such as a master’s degree in the relevant field of Accounting/Finance/audits_
- _Sufficient experience in budgets and financial reporting management, partnership management, and internal/external audits, with good analytical and communication skills. _
- _Strong knowledge of accounting standards and statutory requirements including Indonesia’s Tax regulations._
- _Team working Experience in supporting and advising teams from a distance and across a number of locations. _
- _Ability and sensitivity to working with diverse teams across different languages, cultures, and locations and relationship-building skills necessary to work collaboratively with others, and provide guidance on financial management issues._
- _Excellent skills in Ms. Excel and hands-on experience of working on an accounting package like PeopleSoft._
- _Good working experience of Ms office, Ms. Teams and Box drive, etc _
- _Proven verbal and written communication skills (in English) in order to communicate effectively internally (ability to provide job guidance, develop training materials and guidelines, and document procedures) and externally with Institutional donors on the financial elements of donor proposals and reports._
- _Training/ coaching experience to deliver inductions and other financial management training to Oxfam staff and partners from time to time_
- _Strong analytical skills to assess and compile complex data and present it to management. _
- _Ability to work in a complex environment, manage workload and competing demands without close supervision, and drive to achieve results._
- _Strong organizational and interpersonal skills along with team motivational skills._
- _Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with efficient time management skills_
- _Commitment to Oxfam’s objectives and values including a commitment to diversity and promoting gender equity in all aspects of work._
