**Requirements**:
1. Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience in developing platform Tiktok
2. Possesses extensive knowledge of both paid and organic activations in TikTok management.
3. Creative mindset, time management skills, ability to work in a team, and a willingness to learn.
4. Familiarity with e-commerce and social media trends and the ability to adapt to changes
5. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
6. In-depth knowledge of TikTok Shop features and best practices.
7. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions

**Job Descriptions**:
1. Responsible for managing and optimizing the company's TikTok account.

2. Design and implement creative content strategies aligned with the target audience and marketing goals on TikTok. Adjust content types, posting times, and other aspects based on a deep understanding of the TikTok algorithm.

3. Manage and enhance the visibility of the company's TikTok account through creative content strategies, performance analysis, collaboration with influencers, and community management.

4. Create engaging and relevant content showcasing the company's products for upload and live streaming sessions on the TikTok platform, including product demonstrations, Q&A sessions, and direct interaction with the audience.

5. Analyze performance metrics of live streaming sessions, including audience numbers and sales rates, to identify areas for improvement and optimize live streaming strategies.

6. Develop and implement effective communication strategies to increase the number of viewers and followers on the TikTok platform.

7. Manage collaborations with TikTok influencers to expand reach and enhance the brand's visibility.

8. Regularly conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends that can be adopted or anticipated.

9. Responsible for building and managing the community on TikTok, actively responding to comments, and ensuring positive and meaningful interactions.

10. Prepare regular reports covering weekly and monthly insights and evaluations, including views, likes, comments, live sessions, and audience numbers.
