At present, we have over 100 million users, across the web and mobile platforms and we're growing exponentially.
- Responsible for managing and developing IT Policy and procedure and its review implementation across all Bukalapak Tribes
- Responsible for evaluating risks and developing security standards, procedures, and controls to manage risks.
- Define & standardize/develop/deploy enterprise IT policies and controls, processes, performance tracking and dashboards, technology and tools
- Responsible to do IT Risk Assessment, IT Risk Compliance related with business new onboard/changes product
- Ensuring technology area is compliant with regulatory requirements (ISO 27001, ICFR (SOX), Audit, PDP)
- Manage a group of people that will assess technology risk of different nature
- Provide technical security support for Auditors and perform a regular internal audit against our policies.
- Coordinates with internal business on technology compliance, audit and regulatory enquiries both internal and external. Represents IT from Information Security, recovery and technology risk perspective.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years in the Information Technology field of the startup/fin-tech/banking industry or at least 1 years experience in technology risk management of the startup/fin-tech/banking industry.
- Poses of CSIA, CRIS, or related certification is preferred
- Experience in developing and maintaining Technology and Security risk frameworks, policies, guidance, and understanding of regulatory requirements e.g. - practical experiences in executing technology and security risk assessment against these frameworks
- Skilled in security consultancy, risk management, governance and compliance
- Evolved from being an technical IT person to driving IT governance in the organization
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience in relevant IT/Security domains (e.g. Application Development, Change Management, Application Security, Security Operations, Cyber Security monitoring, Vulnerability Management, Incident Management, Identity and Access Management or Cloud Security/Infrastructure);
- Highly diligent individual - results driven and hard working ability to execute risk assessments to a high degree of quality; professionally skeptical
