As Lead Education Consultant in Algoritma, you will responsible for managing the team, and public sales revenue, and ensuring excellent service satisfaction.
**The Responsibilities**:
Manage a team of public sales to ensure the achievement of individual and team targets per quarter.
Supervise the execution of sales activities such as info sessions, promotion, open house, etc.
Providing advice, support, and coaching the team to align with company values.
Maintain CRM such as Hubspot for client tracking and Trello for project management.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and alumni to have excellent service satisfaction and get referrals.
Ensure all assigned inquiries have been responded to by the Education Consultant team according to internal SOP.
Maintain a database of public leads and update the pipeline regularly.
Handles end-to-end academy enrollment and student onboarding.
Have good collaboration across departments to provide an excellent service.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's Degree (S1)
Problem solver, hustler, innovative, independent, self-starter, entrepreneur skills
Mminimum 2 years experience in the same field, plus 1-year experience in managing a team
