We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of **Associate Manager** **IT ID Telcomm**

**Responsibilities**:
Installing, operating, maintaining and troubleshooting voice & network communication systems.

Knowledge of network equipment including Cisco routers, and switches.

Knowledge of network protocols, technologies, services, and monitoring tools.

Manage vendor and/or product provisioning, procurement, and delivery of data services hardware and software.

Manage vendor and/or product provisioning, procurement, and delivery of LAN and WAN hardware.
Qualifications

**To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements**:
A Voice Engineer takes responsibility for designing systems that are used in telecommunication fields and to manage the VoIP and telephony systems. Installing, operating and maintaining, and troubleshooting voice communication systems (Cisco Voice, SIP and VoIP Network).

Interact with all Telco vendors to ensure adequate services, support, and maintenance.

Work with wiring contractors to oversee accurate installation of new wiring and cables.

Ability to prioritize work based on business criticalities and also be flexible to work on ad hoc tasks as assigned by the manager. Ability to work independently under mínimal supervision

Skills: CCNA, Contact Center Knowledge, Cisco Call Manager, SIP, Linux and Windows Server.
