CRM Strategist for Health Tech Company

Our client, a leading Health Tech company, is seeking a CRM Strategist to join their team. As a CRM Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective customer relationship management strategies to drive customer engagement and retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, analyze data, and design targeted CRM campaigns that provide value to customers and align with business goals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to increase customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
- Strategize digital content planner (LinkedIn, FB, Instagram)
- Set up flows, and work with designers to come up with content.
- Analyze customer data and behavior to identify key insights and opportunities for improving customer experience.
- Segment customers based on demographics, behavior, and preferences to create personalized and relevant communication.
- Create compelling and engaging content that aligns with brand voice and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure cohesive and integrated CRM initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of CRM campaigns, using data and metrics to drive insights and optimizations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and customer engagement.
- Manage CRM platforms and tools, ensuring accurate data collection, segmentation, and automation.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to leverage their expertise and resources as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM strategy, preferably in the health tech or digital health industry.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
- Experience working with CRM platforms and tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
- Proficient in data analysis and segmentation techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Passion for healthcare and improving patient experiences.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations, such as GDPR and HIPAA.
- Experience with marketing automation and personalization techniques is a plus.
