Menyiapkan supporting data meliputi dokumen AP, kelengkapan pengajuan, menulis cek dan BG untuk pengajuan payment.
- Memastikan ketersediaan cek/BG untuk proses pembayaran.
- Negosiasi term of payment dan harga vendor
- Memastikan kelengkapan data purchasing sebelum disiapkan dokumen payment ke vendor/supplier.
- Menerima data dan mengecek data dari vendor seperti (Delivery order, invoice dari vendor, dan lampiran pendukung lainnya)
- Update kedalam system dan filling dokumen AP sesuai transaksi di rekening bank.

Kualifikasi:

- Pendidikan mínimal S1 bidang Keuangan/ Akuntansi
- Pengalaman di bidang AP & Purchasing selama 2 tahun
- Berpengalaman di level Supervisor selama 2 tahun
- Memiliki kemampuan analisa dan negosiasi yang baik
- Mampu bekerja dengan deadline, dengan sistematis, dan detail
- Mampu mengoperasikan Ms. Excel dan sistem aplikasi keuangan
- Penempatan Yogyakarta

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu

Gaji: Rp3.200.000 - Rp3.500.000 per bulan
