- Manual accounting processes as deemed necessary during the IOM period
- Create SOPs relevant to the IOM processes and comply with SOX requirements
- Support project related finance system go-live or migration for GS finance workstream
- Escalate issues to project leader when necessary to avoid delays in operations
- Proactively identify, rectify and follow-up issues and resolve complex or critical process issues
- Build close cooperation with GS Team members ensure best possible communication and collaboration among the processes
- Drive continuous improvement in process or source data cleanser, according to opportunity observed from sustainability cases

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor graduate in Finand & Accounting related field
- Having at least 7 years of experience in the same field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, concepts (both USGAAP and Local GAAP)
- Familiarity with SAP and/or ERP system
- GS Finance working experience is a plus
- Microsoft office and J&J Financial tools
