**Requirement**:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree (Management, Law, or Psychology)
- Experience as an HRGA Manager (or equivalent) min 3 years
- Have an understanding of the concept and implementation of Personnel, Employment Law, recruitment, training and Human Resources development
- Have experience and understand the preparation of KPIs
- Have a good leadership spirit
- Can communicate well and correctly
- Can work with a team
- Ready to work immediately
- Placement in Surabaya
**Job Descriptions**:
- Responsible for the entire HRGA team from supervision, development, performance and team planning
- Ensuring all HRGA activities (such as: developing people, recruitment & selection, promotions, transfers, absenteeism, leave, overtime, etc.) are carried out well.
- Carrying out administrative tasks required.
- Responsible for payroll and employee benefits
- Develop company HR development strategy policies with the HRGA team
Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu
Gaji: Hingga Rp10.000.000 per bulan

- Surabaya: Melakukan pulang-pergi kerja dengan jarak yang jauh tanpa mengganggu kinerja atau berencana pindah tempat tinggal sebelum mulai bekerja (Diutamakan)
