Auditor - Pt Zurich Asuransi Indonesia Tbk

Job Qualifications- Required:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Actuary, or Finance
- Minimum 3 years as internal audit in multinational insurance company
- Good interpersonal and communications skills as well as report writing skills
- Strong knowledge of financial industry especially Insurance both Life and General.
- Good knowledge of internal auditing, internal controls, risk management, and finance and accounting practices and methods.
- Comprehensive understanding of internal control environments
- Proactive, hands-on, results-driven orientation required.
- Ability to work as a team as well as independently
- Ability to produce high quality work products for Senior Management.
- Job Description- Perform audits by performing review of operations and systems processes.
- Perform data analytics for audit planning purposes, during planning session of an audit, and during the fieldwork to identify any potential irregularities.
- Prepare draft audit report
- Build a constructive working relation with the management (first line) including with second line, ie Compliance and Risk
- Provide management with guidance on risk management matters
- Develop, build & implement tools to analyze data to improve audit efficiency and effectiveness, (including for risk assessments).
