We make an impact by maintaining and growing specific customer segments on Grab Transport and Delivery Services. **Get to know the role**

**The Day-to-Day Activities**
- Process sets of data to measure and analyze business performance in each our markets and lines of business
- Partner with management and operational teams to deep dive on core issues and use our data to solving a problem
- Providing in-time data analysis and key metric monitoring including dashboard creation
- Project management (breakdown problem, finding the hypotheses, test the hypotheses, shepherd project until end of implementation, and ensuring the results are sustainable)
- Collaborate with various expert teams to roll out effective products/services and to expand’s universe of data for building richer insights
- Initiate, collaborate, and manage various projects and activities to increase demand and supply shaping with related stakeholders

**The Must-Haves**
- You have Heart, Hunger, Honor and Humility
- You are able to use SQL, and project management tools.
- You are an experienced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheet user with strong analytical thinking
- You can manage and lead a project that has a significant impact on the organization
- You have experience in problem solving and PDCA management
- You are knowledgeable of online transport and delivery business

**The Nice-to-Haves**
- You have a very good communication skill with proven experiences
- You able to plan and execute project that tackle important problem of the organization from scratch
- You are familiar and have experience working in the Bali and Nusra area.
