**_ The Role:_**:
**Oxfam in Indonesia** is looking for The program Manager, Climate Justice & Right in Crises is responsible for the objective of Climate Justice & Rights in Crises Program that has been defined by Oxfam Country Strategy that aligns with Global Strategy Framework and Regional Framework, including managing all projects under the Climate Justice & Right in Crises theme. The Program Manager, Climate Justice & Rights in Crises is to lead his/her team who is working together to deliver the program in good quality including maintaining a good relationship with Oxfam Confederation, partners, and stakeholders.

- Bachelor/master’s degree in economics, environment, public policy, sociology, or related field
- At least 7 years’ proven experience of project management including managing budgets of different projects. This is to include excellent people management skills, with a good understanding of team development and proven financial management skills
- Has sound knowledge on climate change particularly on climate financing, just energy transition, and climate adaptation
- Sound knowledge on gender mainstreaming in projects and guide project staff herein. Having Knowledge and experience of promoting gender equity, and an active commitment to promoting the interests of marginalized people in all aspects of Oxfam’s work
- Solution-orientation in her/his work with the team.

**Desirable**
- Good communication and relationship building
- Ability to work with others to develop vision into strategy and communicating and influencing this to a wider audience
- Demonstrates ability to identify and implement opportunities for innovation.
