**Responsibilities**
- Serving customers according to the needs submitted by customers
- Always maintain good relations with customers or partners

**Qualifications**
- Minimum education Diploma
- Have experience working as Telemarketing / Telesales for at least 1 year.
- Have experience in the Insurance, Insurtech / Insurance Broker, and or Banking Industry
- Have good communication skills
- Able to operate Ms. Excel for data processing or reports
- Have a strong work spirit to achieve the targets set by the company
- Willing to do Working from Office arrangement at Jakarta Barat
