**Special Needs Teacher**

**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Handling Student Administration and Database Management
- Mapping students related to mental development, psychology, character building
- Student Counseling
- Responsible for extracurricular activities
- Collaborate with academic team and junior psychologist
- Supporting parents in student development
- Handling student academic needs and learning activities
- Maintain good communication with students and guardians
- Liaison between teachers and students
- Organize events related to student development
- Create and manage assessment tests for each student
- Make student report cards and notify students' learning progress to their guardians
- Helping students to prepare their readiness to face Exams, Tests, and Quiz both from the academic side and student documentation.

**Skill**:

- Enthusiasm working with children and children with special needs
- Able to Operate Microsoft Office & Internet
- Fluent in English both orally and in writing
- Able to work Multitasking and under pressure
- Can motivate and support students' talents
- Understand the concept of Lesson Plan and student learning cycle

**Requirement**:

- Minimum education Bachelor (S1) majoring in Psychology, Sociology, or Special Needs Education from reputable University.
- Experienced as Special Needs Teacher min. 1 year
- Experience dealing with children with special needs
- Energetic, honest, disciplined, assertive, creative, patient, and loves children
- Can communicate well with pre-school to high school children
- Domiciled in Jakarta or willing to live and settle in Jakarta for at least 1 years
- have several demonstrated teaching strategies to face different children situation
- Area Placement: Duri Kepa, West Jakarta
