Responsibilities:

- Design and implement strategies to increase direct online bookings and optimize the online customer journey.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and revenue management teams to align e-commerce activities with overall business goals.
- Must able to perform the relevant tasks to implement integration between Channel Manager (CM) & OTA
- Oversee the company’s website, online booking engine, and third-party platforms such as OTAs (Online Travel Agencies).
- Implement and manage SEO, SEM, and display advertising strategies to drive traffic to digital channels.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing within the hospitality industry or a similar sector.
- Good English communication skills, especially in negotiating and interacting with various parties.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Able to work in Ubud, Bali.
