**Overview**:As our Online Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and sales on our e-commerce platforms. You will oversee various online marketing channels, analyze performance metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, acquire customers, and increase sales on our e-commerce platforms.
- Manage all aspects of online advertising, including paid search (PPC), display advertising, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing programs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize website content, user experience, and conversion funnels.
- Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online marketing, e-commerce, and technology to maintain our competitive edge.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing initiatives and achieve business goals.
- Continuously test and optimize marketing tactics, including A/B testing, audience segmentation, and targeting strategies, to improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize impact and efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (4+ years) in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving measurable results and achieving targets.
- Experience managing budgets and resources effectively to deliver optimal ROI.
- Previous experience in e-commerce or retail industry is preferred.
