**About the role**

As a member of the Indonesia team, this role will manage customer contracts, billing, and payments acquired by the sales team, as well as related tasks. This role to work on building and improving business flows, etc., and further accelerate our business development.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Data administration
- Track and manage contracts and sales records
- Remind Sales the expiration date of each contract
- Contract editing and establishment
- Clearly understand the content and terms of each contract of the client
- Prepare & send contract renewal invoices to customer (Contract Renewal & other optional features usage)

Invoice & Payment operations
- Invoice processing of Indonesia and other SEA regions
- Account/SMS reconciliation and check payment
- Follow up with customers on overdue payment promptly
- Provide update AR collected & AR overdue and communicate with stakeholders and head office
- Contact National Taxation Bureau for tax preparation
- Clarify the process of overseas payment transactions
- Contact suppliers for getting required information when it’s needed
- Establish active communication between suppliers and our operation team
- Communicate with (SMS) local vendors and submit monthly statements to HQ accounting team and renew their contract in timely manner

Others
- Complete administrative & tasks from country manager and the sales team
- Sales support & make appointment with prospects
- File the information of companies we cooperate with, filing letters & Bank statements etc.
- Ad hoc duties pertaining to the above

**Must have Qualifications / Requirements**
- 2+ years experiences of accounting or sales support (AR; billing, quotation creation, order-related work, etc.) in the SaaS industry or restaurant or hotel
- Documentation Skill-set, Proficiency at Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.) and other office software skills
- Strength in chasing / managing account receivables(invoicing process, payment cycle with customer)
- Governmental knowledge, follow-ups
- Native Indonesian Speaker
- Business level verbal & written communication skills in English

**Working Conditions**
- Work hours : Mon - Fri 10:00 - 19:00 (Hybrid work style)
