**Requirements**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Create Sales Order and Delivery Order for Selling product in SAP System to All Stores (Boutiques, Dept. Stores, Sephora) based on PO
- Create Sales Order and Delivery Order Tester, GWP, Sample, AOG, Training tools, Event tools, Barter Product and so on for All Stores (Boutiques, Dep. Stores, Sephora) in SAP system
- Create Sales Order and Delivery Order for Return from store (based on PO) to Warehouse in SAP System and arrange the pick-up schedule
- Create Sales Order and Delivery Order for Return from store because no BPOM, no GR, rejected by store and so on, follow up warehouse until the product is back to warehouse
- Follow up and tracking delivery schedule from Warehouse to All Stores
- Do the inbound (order from Singapore to Indonesia) for Selling product, Tester, GWP, Sample, AOG, and so on, checking one by one the SKU, qty and price between Invoice and PO in SAP
- Create the Purchase Order from Vendor (Only for Sales and Trainer Team) into the Esker system based on their quotation, and follow up the payment schedule from Finance
- Create Capex Form for Local Vendor will be paid by Indonesia Finance
- Reconcile consignment report
- Recap and order counters tools (tissue, cotton, paper, stationaries and so on)
- Handling Administration (Ticket and Hotel) for Business Trip for All Team
- Submission of Expenses Claim for Brand General Manager
- Create the New Vendor and New Customer registration
**Requirements**:
- Min. 3 years of working experience in Administration. Beauty/Fashion/FMCG experience is a plus
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and SAP
- Excellent time management skills and strong attention to details
- Self-starter and highly driven individual
- Strong communication skills and ability to work and well within a dynamic team
- Ability to engage effectively and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
