- Ensure a smooth process that related to quality assurance activities
- Oversee and implement required business plan and annual budget, including business and financial targets for program, revenue generation plans, expenditure management, and progress report
- Ensure continuous improvement for the institution and program studies
- Ensure all the processes fulfil all government regulations in National/ International Accreditation as well as ISO and IWA
- Build and Implement Internal Audit
- Ensure the in-house quality procedure, standards, and specifications
- Ensure program evaluations regularly involve all stakeholders of the QA program
- Held compliance activities for BORANG compliance or other National/ International Standards
- Required language: English, excellent in both oral and written
- Having experience in a related major, especially in handling accreditation at the university level is preferable
- Willing to be placed in East Jakarta office placement
