We are seeking a detail-oriented Administration Assistant to work alongside our Business Managers. In this role, you will ensure that all administrative processes are completed quickly and accurately. You will provide essential support to various team members across the organisation, helping to maintain efficiency and organization within the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily administrative tasks.
- Process invoices and manage accounts to support basic accounting functions.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems for easy access and retrieval.
- Support team members with scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Support team members with vendor relationships, maintaining up to date contact details and product information
- Help prepare documents and reports as needed.
- Assist with office organisation and supply management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Basic accounting knowledge is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively and provide support to multiple team members.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
**Experience**:
