Kinderfield School - Bandung, is looking for a professional to fill in the following positions

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and support the development and implementation of the curriculum and instructional programs
- Assist in evaluating and improving teaching methods and academic performance.
- Promote a positive learning environment and ensure high standards of academic achievement.
- Assist the Principal in managing daily school operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and policy enforcement.
- Coordinate and oversee student discipline and ensure a safe and respectful school environment.
- Address student needs and concerns, providing guidance and support to ensure student success and well-being.
- Mentor and support teachers, providing professional development opportunities and fostering a collaborative teaching environment.
- Conduct teacher evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve instructional practices.
- Engage with parents and the community to build strong relationships and promote the school’s goals and programs.
- Organize and participate in school events, meetings, and activities to support community involvement.
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations, school policies, and legal requirements.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor / Master’s degree in Education.
- Proven experience as a school administrator, including previous roles such as assistant principal, principal, or other relevant leadership positions.
- Experience in curriculum development, teacher supervision, and student support.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with students, staff, parents, and the community.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of educational policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Familiarity with government education regulations.
- A commitment to fostering a positive school culture.
- Strong ethical standards and a dedication to student success and well-being.
- Having a Responsible to Life attitude.
