Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times and responding promptly to customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in Customer Support and Customer Service.
- Having a working knowledge of customer service software.
- Multi-tasker, detail oriented and always curious and able to work with limited supervision.
- Proficiency in English, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
