**Responsibilities**
- Event planning, design and production within time limits
- Working with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Organizing facilities and details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, etc
- Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day
- Conduct pre
- and post - event evaluations and report on outcomes
- Create wedding itinerary, assisting client visit and tracking client progress
- Coordinate all client requirements for their wedding

**Qualifications**
- Have experience in similar position for around 1 until 2 years in wedding industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both English and Bahasa)
- Hotel and tourism background is a plus
- Strong in Wedding and have a great communication skill in verbal and written
- Good personality and organizational skill
- Able to join immediately
- Able to work under pressure
- Good eye for details
- Reliable, hard work and team work is a must
- Excellent time management skills
- Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- MS Office proficiency
- Willing to submit references from previous clients

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Badung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- event management: 1 year (required)
